listen and watch

collective wisdom

sounds of life

you are within this 

part of this magic and horror

feel the pain

explore its texture

slow down enough to witness


do not enter

there is a time when roadblocks appear 

things undermine progress

plowing forward into these barriers causes crashes

you can get hurt smashing up against walls all day

regroup relax remember

this has happened so many times before

a new approach

a new route

a new destination entirely

rules of the road

 rules of the road are placed on placards along the route to guide the driver.

speed, terrain, directions.  it's all laid out if you are paying attention.

emotions are not that way.  there is no map no app no gps.   you're on your own bother.

good luck.  don't fail so hard you take your own self out.  there are plenty of folks out there already 

who would love to do that for you so hold on tight.  it's gonna be a hella of a ride.  you might just make it 

out in one piece and functioning properly.  don't be too hard on yourself.  again there are a ton of fools

laying in wait for you to stumble, to show the littlest bit of weakness and they pounce.  so don't pounce on 

your own damn self.  resiliency, stubbornness, anger, drive and hutzpah will be your guideposts.  listen 

to that inner voice that tells you that you're on the right path or at least the voice in your head that is telling

you that the path you're on is a dead end, a trap or a cliff.  eliminate the negative shit around you that is 

bringing you down.  like you're drowning with your clothes on and if you take that shit off you can float to 

surface and survive but if you don't then Davey Jones locker for you.  Or you live a life that you know is 

fucked up but you choose to do it anyway and if you're that much a masochist then let me introduce you to 

cycling or wrestling cause you will do well in these sports.
